At the office I meet elderly clients who, even with hearing aids, understand little or nothing of what I explain during appointments about inheritance, power of attorney or gifts. My partner used the Spokeo headset with an 85-year-old client: she was finally able to understand what the notary was explaining to her, and the appointment went normally, without having to over-articulate. Both the notary and the client were delighted. For my part, I tried it with a client who wanted to file his will: communication had broken down completely, he couldn't hear me. Thanks to the headset, I was able to talk with him directly.
