If your Spokeo does not meet your expectations, we apologize for the inconvenience and would love to understand why in order to continuously improve our products and services. Nevertheless, you have the option to return it without any justification within 30 days from the date of delivery and will receive a full refund under our "satisfied or your money back" guarantee.
Return procedure
To benefit from this return and refund guarantee, please email our customer service desk at info@myspokeo.com within 30 days of the delivery day. Please mention"refund request" in the subject line along with your purchase invoice number. Products returned beyond this period will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
You will receive detailed instructions on how to return Spokeo, and we will provide you with a printable label for free return shipping.
Return requirements
To process your refund request, ensure that you return Spokeo:
- in original condition,
- in its original packaging,
- include the box, carrying case, cable, and chargers.
Refund process
Upon receiving your product and provided that the return conditions above are met, our customer service will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request. The full amount paid for your order will be automatically refunded within fourteen (14) days using your original payment method.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or reduce the refund if the return requirement are not met.
