Our commitment

Spokeo ships free of charge, worldwide, with no minimum order value. Every parcel is tracked, and our French-speaking customer support is available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm CET, to answer any question before or after delivery.

Delivery times

Times below run from the payment confirmation (order confirmation email). They are working days and may vary during peak periods or seasonal closures (announced on the homepage).

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions (article 7), the maximum delivery time in mainland France is 30 working days from the day after the order is placed.

Customs duties (outside the European Union)

For orders shipped outside the EU and French overseas territories, the price is invoiced excluding taxes. Customs duties, local taxes or import fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country; these are payable by the recipient and remain their sole responsibility.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor delivery progress in real time on the carrier's website. For any question about your order, contact our customer service at info@myspokeo.com or +33 1 83 64 72 27.

Upon receipt of the parcel

We invite you to check the condition of the parcel and its contents at the moment of delivery, in the presence of the carrier.

In the event of any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing product, signs of impact), you must:

  • Make precise, signed handwritten reservations on the carrier's delivery slip (a simple "subject to unpacking" has no legal value).
  • Confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter within 2 working days.
  • Send us a copy by email to info@myspokeo.com.

If you discover a defect after opening, you have 7 days after delivery to report it. We will send you an exchange number to use for the return. Return shipping costs are covered by us in this case.

30-day "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee

We want you to be convinced by Spokeo. That's why we offer a 30-day trial period from the date you receive your Spokeo box.

If you are not satisfied, contact our customer service within this period at info@myspokeo.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Once the box is received in its original packaging and in perfect condition (box, carrying case, cable, charger included), we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

This guarantee applies only to Spokeo boxes and to one product per purchase date. For orders delivered outside the buyer's country of residence, or in the event of suspected fraud, Audiome reserves the right to ask the buyer to cover return shipping costs (see Terms and Conditions, article 12).

14-day statutory right of withdrawal

Independently of our "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, you benefit from the right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code: 14 days from delivery to notify us of your decision without having to justify it.

The product must be returned within 15 days of this notification, in its original and complete packaging, to the following address:

The withdrawal form is available on request from our customer service. Under this statutory right, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Warranties

All our products are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty of conformity (articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code), from the date of delivery.

To exercise a warranty, contact our customer service. Full warranty conditions are detailed in our Terms and Conditions (articles 11 and 12).
